The Barni tale is told

Barni was established in 1969 in Morbegno, near Lake Como, originating from a great passion for industrial mechanics.

Production initially focuses on turned and milled parts for major local companies, but the continuous desire to improve and entrepreneurial mindset result in rapid company growth, thereby expanding its range of services and gaining the full consent of a wide variety of clientele.

In 1990, Barni becomes Officine Meccaniche Barni Srl. and becomes a partner of one of the most renowned producers of Italian lines, producing both lines as well as individual machinery.

The service offered is complete in every detail, from the purchase of materials to required processing work, all the way to full system assembly, ready for end-user testing.

The continuous desire to improve the property brings in a short time leads to the purchase of a landmark high-tech company located in Lombardia, that, in addition to large mechanical experience gained, represents a final leap in quality.

Today, while preserving all its traditional partners, Barni goes beyond the mere production of special machinery and equipment for metalworking, posing as an engineering company with high added value, able to propose and implement solutions that are technically advanced, flexible and versatile.

Today, the core business of the machinery company, Morbegno, consists of industrial plants for treating and processing flat rolled products wrapped in coils, and finishing machines for pipes with and without welding.
